WHAT IS RETURNS POLICY?

We design our shoes and gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they’re not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. We give you 30 days to take your purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return items for any reason within those 30 days. That includes custom  By You sneakers. Even after 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed.

And remember, returns are always free for members.

How do I return a order?

Can I exchange a order?
The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?
We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your item is potentially defective or flawed, and it’s been fewer than 30 days since your purchase, simply return the item. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please call us to return the item.

How do I return a store purchase?
Purchases made at a store must be returned to the store. Please note that our store returns policies may differ from our online returns policies. Make sure that you ask the store if you have questions about their policies.
